– Our insurance does not cover anything breakable by nature (glass/terracotta/marble).
– Our insurance does not cover anything that is packed by the owner when the box does not display physical damage.
– Our insurance does not cover any computer/electronic gear that does not display physical damage.
– Our insurance is not new or old, market value applies.
– Sentimental Value is worth $0, but you can rest assured, we take the utmost care with it all!
– A $1,000 excess is to be paid by the claimer (client).
– Televisions or monitors without original packaging are moved at clients’ risk.
– Valuable or expensive items are to be identified and made known to BMB before moving.
– Unless being prepared and packed by BMB, all items are to be prepared for transport by the client.
We charge travel time per hour, to and from your closest depot (Hamilton, Bulimba or Milton).
We use Google Maps to estimate the travel time for your quotes, that way people can budget accordingly. You can get a quote for here and we’re always happy to answer any further questions you might have around price transparency.

All of our trucks are fully equipped with trollies, ties, plenty of blankets and a full toolbox. We can even supply moving boxes and plastic covers for mattresses, lounges and linens.

All trucks are fully equipped with full toolboxes, all of our guys are professional furniture removalists so we can definitely pull apart and put together things like beds, desks, and even trampolines.
We certainly do! And we only hire the most experienced removalists we can find.
A lot of our clients require yearly police checks and random drug testing, you can rest assured that the guys in your home, moving your stuff are the good guys.
